I really enjoy my core training with Emmanuelle on Zoom. My body always feels like it’s had a thorough workout. I like the mixture between strength and aerobic. The range of equipment Emmanuelle uses is great - I really enjoy using the bands and dumbbells. Even when I was pregnant I was able to do the core workouts, as she would suggest what is advisable to do and not to do, and how to adapt certain moves. I would definitely recommend Emmanuelle to anyone, at whatever level of fitness.
